WHAT IS HIGH SCHOOL TUTORING?
Hello! High School Tutoring (HST) provides students with the opportunity to help tutor high school students at Fred Moore High School at least twice a week. High School Tutoring is a committee under Helping Other People Everywhere (HOPE) and TAMS Academic Society (TAS). High School Tutoring gives students volunteering opportunities by tutoring high school students in a variety of subjects ranging from algebra to biology. This is a wonderful opportunity for TAMS students to help impact the lives of struggling high schoolers and the larger surrounding Denton community. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the committee heads via Messenger or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

MEET THE HEADS
Hey! I'm Aquilla Buchanan (they/them). I'm in the Traditional Science track and I'm so excited to be a committee head this year! When I'm not studying or tutoring, I'm probably reading outside, playing a board game, or obsessing over Harry Potter. Definitely reach out to me with any questions about HS Tutoring!
Hello! My name is Varun Jalapati and I am one of your High School Tutoring committee heads for the 2022-2023 school year. Some of my hobbies include day-trading, investing, video games, music, and shoes. I am a huge 49ers/NFL fan, so if you ever want to talk football I am your person! I also play basketball and cricket. I’m excited to work with both familiar and new faces to make High School Tutoring the best HOPE (and TAS) committee!
