WHAT IS MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE?
Hello everyone!!! Welcome to Message in a Bottle, a committee under HOPE striving to provide assistance to local homeless shelters. Message in a Bottle is an amazing opportunity for you to get involved with the Denton community by volunteering at Denton Friends of the Family, which is a heartwarming local homeless shelter that provides housing and assistance for struggling families. Through this committee, you will get the opportunity to assist the shelter and the people in whatever way you can, whether that be through helping set up meals, cleaning up the common rooms, or engaging the children.

SHREYA AMALAPURAPU
Hi everyone, my name is Shreya (one of three), and I am super excited to meet all of you guys this year!!! In my free time, I love to fuel my Starbucks addiction with my new favorite (matcha green tea lattes) and play an obscure amount of Just Dance. I also love talking to people, so feel free to talk to me about anything. This year, I will also be your Research Organization ASPIRE director and one of your Girls Who Code committee heads. I am beyond excited to work with you all!!
NEHA NAGARAJAN
Hi! I’m Neha (the best of three) and I’m so excited to work with you as a HOPE Message in a Bottle Committee head. I love biking, baking, reading, watching kdramas, and listening to Taylor Swift. I have an unhealthy relationship with boba (taro supremacy) and I love late night runs to starbucks. I’m also committee head of the TAMS Psychology Association, so feel free to reach out to me for anything and I promise I will give you the best advice. I can’t wait to talk to all of you!
