WHAT IS THE LIBRARY COMMITTEE?
Welcome to the TAMS Library Committee’s page! We're a committee under HOPE that focuses on eradicating barriers in education and providing students with access to library resources. Our volunteering opportunities include biweekly sessions at the Denton Public Library and Reading Partners, a program where TAMS students can teach underprivileged children how to read. We strive to make a difference in Denton education and encourage the love of reading within the TAMS community. We are so excited to work with you this year!

Hello! I’m Medha and am one of the TAMS Library Committee committee heads for this year. My hobbies include playing the flute, reading, and taking care of my fish. Outside of TLC, I am the secretary for TAS, a committee head for the Recycling Committee under Naturally and SWENext under Girl Up, and a senior mentor. I can’t wait to work with all of you, and make sure to reach out to me if you need book recs!
Hi! I’m Chelsea, and I will be one of your TAMS Library Committee heads for the year. I am in the Traditional Science Track. I enjoy spending most of my free time reading manga, watching anime, drawing occasionally, and playing games. I look forward to working with everyone this coming school year, and if you have any questions about the Library Committee or anything else school related, don’t hesitate to reach out to me!
