WHAT IS GIFT OF WORDS?
Welcome! Gift of Words (GOW) is a student-led organization striving to bridge the education gap created by the pandemic. Since starting in July 2020, Gift of Words has awarded over 1200 service hours around the globe! Now, TAMS students have the opportunity to take part in two major volunteering opportunities: the Letter-Writing and Mentoring Programs. Specifically, the Letter-Writing Program strives to allow healthcare workers and senior citizens to feel less isolated. The Mentoring Program allows K-9 students and high school mentors to virtually connect through educational tutoring and social activities like crafts and drawing. Gift of Words will also offer educational events like webinars and student activity nights throughout the year. With these upcoming programs, TAMS students can altogether make an impact on healthcare workers, senior citizens, and students worldwide. If you have any questions, please email us at hopegiftofwords@gmail.com.

AISHWARYA BALAJI
Hi! My name is Aishwarya Balaji, and I am one of your Gift of Words committee heads! I started Gift of Words in July 2020, and I am so excited to see it grow as a part of HOPE. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, reading crime fiction novels, and traveling. Other than GOW, I will be the StuCo events coordinator and honors chem tutor. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions!
SACHI HANSALIA
Hello! I'm Sachi Hansalia and I'm one of the committee heads for the Gift of Words Committee, a fantastic organization that you all should volunteer with! I like sleeping, Bruciteria, and talking way too much about music, anime, and general nonsense. This year I will also be CSO exec and SWENext committee head so feel free to reach out if you have any questions or just want to talk!
