WHAT IS FOLD FOR HOPE?

Hey guys! Fold for HOPE gives TAMS students the opportunity to partner with Cumberland Presbyterian Home in order to bring paper crafts to both children and teens. It happens every other week, and allows you to interact with the students by teaching them how to make various arts and crafts like origami. Our committee focuses on enriching the experience of the world around us, and providing others with a creative outlet. Generally, you will show up and teach kids, hang out with them, and play games with them until the shift ends. If you have any questions, please contact us either through facebook messenger, or our email “foldforhope@gmail.com”! We cannot wait to work with y’all!

Phoebe Kim

Hi!!! My name is Phoebe, and I’ll be one of Fold for HOPE’s committee heads this year. I’m on the computer science track and I love making obscure lists. I am currently trying to make a tier list of Denton’s food places. The top rating rn is the avocado smoothie from Viet Bites. I also am rating all the elevators on campus and imo I love the roofless elevator at dpark. I also love dogs and will do anything for my dog. Anyways, feel free to msg/ask me any questions about anything and I’m excited to volunteer w/ y’all next year!!!! B-)

Arjun Baweja

Hey guys! I’m Arjun and I’m a trad science kid! I like swimming, gaming, listening to music, and hanging out with my friends 😃. I’m known as a media room gremlin, due to the fact that I am commonly in the room for teching multiple shows. Enough about me though! If you have any questions relating to Fold for HOPE, let me know and I will be happy to help!
